Can I get some samples?
Yes it's no problem. For standard and regular products, usually provided for free. For custom samples, we'll charge reasonable sample costs. And we appreciate it if you can arrange delivery cost, which surely can be refunded after you place order.
Do you have inspection procedure before shipping?
Yes, we do 100% QC inspection before shipping. And we can accept inspection by a third party. We're confident of our quality.
What is the delivery date?
In general, the order lead time is 30~40 days after we receive deposit, but if the order is urgently needed, it can be shortened to about 25 days.
What is your payment term?
T/T, 30% deposit and balance to be paid upon your receipt of the copy shipping documents.
Payment by LC is also ok, but we do not suggest this as the cost is higher for both of us.
